Pinso ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pinso macOS application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
Local Storage: Pinso is a local-first application. All bookmarks, notes, images, and other data you create in the App are stored directly on your macOS device.
iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your private iCloud container to synchronize across your devices. This data is managed by Apple's servers, and we cannot access, view, or share your iCloud data.
No Personal Information Collected: We do not collect your personal identifiable information, browsing history, or content data through the App. We do not have servers to store your user-generated content.
Since we do not collect your personal data, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data belongs entirely to you.
Since data is stored on your local device or personal iCloud, you can completely delete your data at any time by deleting the App or specific content within the App. Upon deleting the App, data stored in the local sandbox will be removed by the system. We cannot access your data, so we cannot perform deletion on your behalf; control over your data belongs entirely to you.
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or similar age as defined by local laws). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information (though we do not collect it), please contact us, and we will take necessary actions.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., bookmarks you save). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party websites. When you leave our App to visit other websites, please be sure to read the privacy policy of that website.
